Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Premium Purity, CleanCoat and ECA Water.
PREMIUM PURITY
Premium Purity is a managed facility hygiene programme comprising CleanCoat, a UAE MOIAT certified surface disinfectant; ECA Water, a water-based cleaning solution produced from water and salt; and structured hygiene monitoring. Each product is used within its defined application scope and documented separately.
Standard cleaning is reactive. Premium Purity is a structured programme: a certified surface disinfectant is applied as part of a defined protocol, daily cleaning is performed with a water-based solution that reduces conventional chemical use, and regular monitoring visits generate documented hygiene performance data. The result is an auditable, measurable approach to facility hygiene management.
Premium Purity is applicable across all industries where structured hygiene management and documented performance matter: hospitality and hotels, healthcare and clinical facilities, maritime and yacht environments, food production, retail, public sector and education, public transport and aviation.
ECA WATER
ECA Water is a water-based cleaning solution produced on-site from water (H₂O) and common salt (NaCl) through electrolysis. It is designed for use within defined cleaning protocols as a water-based alternative to conventional chemical cleaning products. It is not registered as a biocide or surface disinfectant in the UAE.
No additional rinsing is required after application under normal conditions. This reduces steps in the cleaning protocol and may support operational efficiency. The mild formula has been considered exempt from post-application rinsing in certain regulatory frameworks, subject to applicable guidance and site protocols.
ECA Water is designed for routine operational use under standard conditions. Refer to the product safety data sheet for specific handling requirements.
ECA Water has a low environmental residue load. Its residue profile consists of water and salt, with minimal environmental load. This makes it suitable for facilities with defined wastewater management requirements.
CLEANCOAT
CleanCoat CC-5000 is certified by UAE MOIAT under UAE.S EN 1650 — the UAE national standard for fungicidal and yeasticidal activity. This is the active UAE regulatory certification basis. All UAE market claims for CleanCoat are made within this scope. Additional European laboratory evaluations are on file and available for qualified procurement review upon request.
CleanCoat has been evaluated under a range of European standards by accredited independent laboratories since 2014. Laboratory evaluations include EN 13727, EN 14476, EN 13704 (sporicidal), EN 14562 (fungicidal carrier test), EN 13624 (fungicidal suspension), and additional evaluations by independent accredited laboratories. These are not UAE-certified activities — they are European technical evaluations available for qualified procurement and regulatory review. Contact us to request the full technical documentation file.
CleanCoat is water-based and non-corrosive. It is suitable for use on all common surfaces and its UAE.S EN 1650 certification scope covers food, industrial, domestic and institutional areas. The product label states it is suitable for areas with direct food contact. Refer to the product safety data sheet and applicable regulatory guidance for specific use cases.
CleanCoat is applied as a professional surface disinfectant within a defined maintenance protocol. Apply evenly to clean surfaces, allow to dry, do not rinse. Application scope is dependent on surface type, facility conditions and the maintenance protocol in place. Refer to product documentation for full guidance.
